These terms govern your use of RacketBuilds (the “Site”). By using the Site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site lets you browse, filter and compare table tennis blades and rubbers, build rackets, and view pro players' setups. Parts of the Site are available without an account. Some features may require one.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Your username must be unique, must not impersonate another person or the Site, and we may change or remove usernames that do.
• The profile details you enter should be accurate and belong to you. Only upload a profile photo you have the right to use.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the Site or other users at risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attack, overload or probe the Site for vulnerabilities; use bots to scrape the Site at a rate that harms it; attempt to access other people's accounts; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

4. Information is provided “as is”

Scores, ratings, prices, estimates and pro setups are provided for general information. They come from community ratings and public sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not guaranteed accurate. Racket Builder results are estimates only. Check details with the manufacturer or seller before buying.

5. Third-party names and links

Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used to identify products. We are not affiliated with them. The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code and original text belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of it without permission.

7. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Site running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Philippines, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
